Questions & answers Ask a question Q: I see that the Rochester court is giving jail time to people that do not or can not pay their fines. The Michigan construction says this is illagal. Why is this being practiced? A: Rochester is probably the wealthiest district court here in michigan, they bring in more money by bending the system than most could imagine, the few judges that they have there are also very power hungry and unjust in their actions of sentencing and should be investigated in my honest opinion as they did in the past with a judge in flint who lost her job over what they do.
