USS Vincennes (CG-49) was a Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser outfitted with the Aegis combat system that was in service with the United States Navy from July 1985 to June 2005. Construction started: October 19, 1982 Launched: April 14, 1984 Aircraft carried: 2 × Sikorsky SH-60B or MH-60R Seahawk LAMPS III helicopters Decommissioned: 29 June 2005 Speed: 32.5 knots (60 km/h; 37.4 mph) Status: Scrapped 2011
