It's a facility to help. Not a correctional facility where you place prison or jail restrictions onto someone who is damaged in some way. You're aiding the damage. Of course we need to focus on ourselves, however it's psychologcally proven that is you cut off contact between individuals who love each other or are family together, away from one another it causes a subconscious fear of abandonment, self inflicted mental guilt or judgements, or longer case of severe anxiety and depression, regardless of what substances are provided or care that's given. There will always be an uneasyness about not allowing someone the ability to contact their wife or children, family, dying grandfather or anyone that's important to that individual.
